Of course — timing is fully flexible and set around your needs, not a fixed schedule.

Is a return trip cheaper than one way?

A same-day return, with the vehicle waiting, is the cheapest. A return on a different day is priced as two separate transfers, because the vehicle goes back and comes again.

Does the vehicle stay with us at the destination?

As agreed. It can stay overnight with you — each night charged on its own, and less if you cover the driver's accommodation and meals — or go back and return for the journey home, which makes it two transfers. Tell us what suits and we will price it.

Are there rest stops on the way?

Yes. On long distances there are rest stops, and we agree their locations and durations as part of the itinerary.

Before booking an intercity trip

Decide up front: one way or return? And if return, the same day or another day? That is what sets the price. A same-day return, with the vehicle waiting for you, is the cheapest case. If you return on a different day, the vehicle goes back and comes again, so it is priced as two separate transfers.

If the vehicle stays overnight with you at the destination, each night is charged on its own, even when it is parked — and there is no overnight charge if you return to the same city each night. We also ask who covers the driver's accommodation and meals: if you provide them, the overnight cost drops.

The price covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel, road tolls and parking, and waiting within the day's agreed hours. Not included: hours beyond those agreed, changes to the route or timings, and entrance fees to sites.

Watch peak timings on the main roads. Leaving Cairo at midday on a Thursday is not the same as leaving early morning — the difference can be an hour or more over the same distance.
