We rent the whole vehicle
Madar rents the vehicle with its driver — we do not sell individual seats. The smallest vehicle we run is a 14-seat Toyota HiAce, and the contract is with a company or a group rather than with one person.
If you need a seat for yourself, two things can work:
Work at a company or factory?
Put us in touch with whoever handles admin or HR. We set the route up, and your seat is covered as part of it.
Can you gather a group?
Colleagues or neighbours making the same trip at the same hours — we run a dedicated vehicle for the group, monthly.

Geyushi
The first size with an enclosed luggage hold: if you want your bags locked away rather than on a roof rack, it is the smallest option, even for a small group. For mid-sized group trips, school and church trips, and events.

For groups of 15 to 25, with bags on a roof rack under a net. The newer shape seats 21 and the older reaches 25 with fold-down aisle seats; the exact count is confirmed at booking. Also suits a single-hotel conference shuttle.

Up to 14 with hand luggage. There is no hold, so suitcases ride inside with the passengers and fewer people fit — tell us how many bags and we size the vehicle. Fully air-conditioned and ideal for small groups.

Employee transport is contracted with the company or organisation directly rather than with individual staff, and the smallest vehicle we run on these routes is a 14-seat Toyota HiAce. Two things can still work: put us in touch with whoever handles admin or HR at your company and we set the route up; or gather colleagues or neighbours making the same trip at the same hours and we run a dedicated vehicle for the group on a monthly basis. Tell us roughly how many people you could gather and the exact drop-off point, and we will put a proposal together.

Each trip is priced on the vehicle, the distance, the hours and whether it is one way or a return — and the price is for the whole vehicle, not per person. Your quote states what is included (vehicle, driver, fuel, road tolls and waiting within the agreed hours) and what is not, and how long it is valid.
A booking is confirmed when the deposit arrives — a verbal yes does not hold a vehicle. The payment terms are written in your quote, and every payment gets an official receipt in the company's name.
