Group Airport Transfers with the Whole Vehicle and Driver
Madar Transport takes groups from Mansoura, Dakahlia and the Delta, or anywhere in Egypt, to Cairo International, Sphinx, Capital International, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh airports and meets them on the way back — in a whole vehicle with its driver, a HiAce, Coaster, midibus or coach sized to the headcount and the bags, never a single seat. Send the flight number, headcount and bags on WhatsApp and the quote reaches you within the day.
We rent the whole vehicle with its driver — not tickets or single seats. The smallest we run seats 14.
Need precise, on-time airport transport? Madar offers private airport transfers for Cairo International, Sphinx International and Capital International airports, and for Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh, with modern vehicles and drivers who time the pickup to your flight.
The service suits families and tour groups — we can arrange a HiAce, a Coaster, a midibus or a full coach depending on group size and luggage.
From Mansoura and the Delta to Cairo Airport: about two and a half hours from Mansoura. Departure is planned around the flight time with a safety margin, and we collect the group from any district or village in Dakahlia instead of everyone travelling alone — Umrah groups, delegations and families travelling together. On the way back we take the flight number and its arrival time, and meet you at any hour.
- Pickup timed to your flight's scheduled time
- Driver waiting for you right at the arrivals gate
- Suitable for families and groups — the whole vehicle with its driver
- Coverage of Cairo, Sphinx, Capital, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh airports
- A clear written price before the trip
- We run around the clock, and the vehicle arrives 15 minutes before the booked time

Corporate guests

Families and groups
Tell us the number of people and bags and we tell you the size: a HiAce for a small group, and a larger group with its bags in a Coaster or a midibus — one vehicle instead of two.
Departures
Getting to the airport on time, with the journey timed properly against traffic.
What actually makes an airport transfer work
The difference between a good transfer and a bad one is not the vehicle — it is the details we have before the trip: the flight number, the airport and the number of bags.
That is why we ask for the flight number, not just the arrival time, and time the driver to the flight's schedule. Send the airport exactly as it is printed on the ticket, too: Cairo International (CAI) is not Sphinx International (SPX), west of Cairo off the Cairo–Alexandria desert road, and neither is Capital International, east of Cairo — they are three different airports, and we cover all three, as well as Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.
On departures, budget travel time for worst-case traffic, not the average. Arriving an hour early is far cheaper than a missed flight.
And tell us the actual luggage count, not just the headcount: 14 passengers with hand luggage fit a HiAce, but the same 14 with suitcases need a Coaster or a midibus, because the HiAce has no hold and the bags take the passengers' space. The Coaster carries bags on the roof under a net, and the midibus and coaches have an enclosed hold. We tell you before booking where the luggage will go, so there is no surprise in the arrivals hall.
Every booking includes
- A professional driver who knows Egyptian roads
- Full air conditioning throughout
- Passenger insurance
- The driver's name and number sent to you before the trip
- 24/7 support before and during the journey
