Tour and Trip Coach Rental for Every Destination in Egypt

Madar Transport hires out trip coaches with their drivers to tour operators, groups and companies — a day trip or a multi-day programme, from Mansoura and the Delta to Gamasa, Ras El Bar and Alexandria, Cairo and Giza, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor and Aswan — in a HiAce, Coaster, midibus or coach of up to 50 seats, always the whole vehicle. Send the programme, headcount and bags on WhatsApp and we reply with a quote within the day.

We rent the whole vehicle with its driver — not tickets or single seats. The smallest we run seats 14.

Madar is a trusted partner for travel companies and groups needing comfortable tourism transport across Egypt. Our coaches feature comfortable seating, central A/C, and an enclosed luggage hold, suitable for day trips or extended tour programmes.

We cover Gamasa, Ras El Bar and the coast from Mansoura and the Delta, the most popular tourist destinations — Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, and Aswan — plus Cairo and Giza trips, with drivers who know tourism routes thoroughly.

Planning a tour by coach

The thing that most often wrecks an itinerary is underestimating travel time. Distance on a map is one thing; real time is another — particularly on desert roads and city approaches at peak hours.

Build slack between stops. A tight programme looks efficient on paper and turns into an exhausting race on the ground, and guests remember the exhaustion rather than the sights.

For multi-day trips, two questions belong in the quote from the start: whether the vehicle stays overnight with you (each night is charged on its own, with no overnight charge if you return to the same city each night), and who covers the driver's accommodation and meals — if you provide them, the overnight cost drops. It is the line most often forgotten, and the one that reappears later as extra charges.

And the luggage: if the group arrives with suitcases, tell us how many along with the headcount. On the Coaster bags go on the roof under a net — secure, but open to dust and rain — and if you want them in an enclosed hold, that means the midibus or a coach. We tell you before booking, not on arrival day.

Entrance tickets are not part of the transport price; they are priced for each programme at the official rates of the day. On the classic Cairo day — the Giza Pyramids plateau and the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, optionally Saqqara — the plateau ticket does not include entry inside the pyramids. Opening hours, per the ministry's site (egymonuments.gov.eg): the plateau and Saqqara 8:00–16:00, the Egyptian Museum 9:00–17:00 with the ticket office closing at 16:00. They can change, so check on the day.

On long journeys, a higher-specified coach genuinely matters — six hours on the road is not one hour.
