Bus Rental with Driver Across Egypt

Madar Transport is an Egyptian company that rents out coaches with their drivers — 38–45 and 49+1 seat coaches and a 28–33 seat midibus — for group trips, companies, conferences and travel between governorates, from Mansoura, Dakahlia and the Delta to all of Egypt. We rent the whole vehicle, never single seats, and answer quote requests on WhatsApp within the day.

We rent the whole vehicle with its driver — not tickets or single seats. The smallest we run seats 14.

Madar offers professional bus rental with driver for companies, groups, and individuals across Egypt — from a 33-seat midibus up to a full 50-seater coach, always modern and fully air-conditioned. Whether you need a bus for a single day trip or a long-term monthly contract, we tailor the right solution for you.

Our fleet covers every governorate through our own vehicles and a trusted partner network, so you can book a bus in Mansoura and the Delta, Cairo, Alexandria, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Aswan, or anywhere else in the country without hassle.

The same fleet also runs conference transport on a written operating schedule, day trips from Mansoura to Gamasa, Ras El Bar and Alexandria, and church trips to the monasteries and retreats. If your trip starts in Dakahlia, see bus rental in Mansoura.

How to choose the right coach size — by headcount and luggage

Size is the decision that drives cost more than anything else, and the price is per vehicle, not per person: within a vehicle's capacity, the headcount does not change it. The simple rule: count your actual passengers, children included, add 10% headroom, then take the smallest vehicle that covers it.

Under 15, a HiAce is clearly the cheapest. From 15 to 25, the Coaster. From 26 to 33, a midibus. From 34 to 45, the MCV 400 coach. Above that, the MCV 600 has 49 seats plus a tour leader's seat — up to 50 passengers when no guide or group leader travels — and gives the lowest cost per passenger in the fleet.

Then the luggage, which sometimes decides it. Where the bags go in each size:

HiAce (13–14): no hold and usually no roof rack, so bags ride inside with the passengers. With full-size suitcases it carries fewer people than it has seats (tell us the bag count and we size it); a full 14 travel with hand luggage only.

Coaster (21–25): bags go on the roof under a net — secure, but open to dust and rain. Up to 21 sit comfortably; 22 to 25 means fold-down aisle seats.

Midibus (28–33): the first size with an enclosed luggage hold underneath; some units also have a roof rack.

Coach (38–45 and 49+1): a large enclosed hold.

The common mistake is booking two small vehicles instead of one large coach. It usually costs more, and it complicates coordination because the two will not arrive together.

Every booking includes
