Transport for Hajj, Umrah & Religious Groups
Dedicated coaches for Hajj and Umrah offices, moving pilgrim groups comfortably within Egypt.
We rent the whole vehicle with its driver — not tickets or single seats. The smallest we run seats 14.
Madar supports Hajj and Umrah offices with complete transport for religious groups within Egypt — from airport pickups for pilgrims to moving large groups in several vehicles on unified timings.
Our coaches are equipped for the comfort long trips require, with professional drivers experienced in handling pilgrim and Umrah groups.
From Dakahlia, we collect pilgrims from their districts and villages and take them to Cairo Airport at any hour of the night, about two and a half hours from Mansoura, and meet them on the way back. Umrah groups usually carry a lot of bags, so we choose the vehicle by the number of bags, not only the number of people.
- Precise schedule coordination with the Hajj/Umrah office programme
- Comfortable, air-conditioned coaches for large groups
- Airport pickup and drop-off for pilgrims
- Contracts with religious tourism offices, with the rate and terms in writing
- Drivers experienced with elderly passengers and large groups

Coordinating an Umrah or Hajj group
What sets this transport apart is timing precision. Hajj and Umrah travel is tied to flight times and airport procedures that take real time, so arriving late is not an option.
We always ask for the flight number and departure time, and calculate airport arrival against group processing rather than individual travellers — groups take considerably longer to clear.
Luggage matters too, and it usually decides the vehicle: Umrah groups typically travel with more bags than an ordinary trip. The HiAce has no hold and the bags ride inside, so with suitcases it carries fewer people than it has seats. The Coaster carries bags on the roof under a net — secure, but open to dust and rain. If you want the bags in an enclosed hold, the midibus is the smallest option, then a coach.
If the group is large and spread across several pickup points, a single central assembly point beats circling the city before the airport.
