The wedding finishes late — will the coach wait?

Yes. We agree the return time at the start, and waiting until then and the journey back are in the agreement. If you think the celebration will run long, tell us beforehand and we put a later return time in the quote — only time beyond what was agreed is charged.

When does the vehicle reach the meeting point?

Fifteen minutes early: if you agree 5:00, it is with you at 4:45 and we let you know it has arrived. If guests are late for the departure, the extra time is charged — we say so at the start so everyone knows.

Do children count in the numbers?

Yes. Every child counts as a seat; no children on laps. If guests are coming from more than one town, send us each town's number including its children, so we can size each vehicle.

Guests are coming from several villages?

We run a vehicle per town, or one that calls at several meeting points — whichever suits the numbers and distances. Tell us the towns and the numbers and we will recommend the cheaper arrangement.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier the better, especially in wedding season. If the date is close, call anyway and we will see what is free.

Do you cover villages or only the district towns?

Villages too. We reach the villages around each district, and the driver agrees a clear meeting point rather than circling to find people.

Will the vehicle be clean?

A wedding is an occasion and the vehicle is prepared for it. If you need something particular, such as light decoration or a specific seating arrangement, tell us beforehand.
